Lil’ morsel

May 16th, 2011

I put them on her two dozen and one times.

She whipped them off again two dozen times.

(We’re not worried about her fine motor skills.)

That is her face of exasperation right there.

This month Verity climbed onto the fence between babyhood and toddlerhood.  But she’s still the same squishy-cuddly, determined, sweet, bright-eyed, quick-humored, affectionate, fun lil’ person we love, love, love.

P.S.  I made sure I was the last one to take her sunglasses off.  That promised post about behavior issues in children with Down syndrome is cookin’ on the back burner…

So cute and SO curious about what you are referring to…I think I know but am not sure.  She just seems so much older than Calvin!  To me I mean.

Ilisa, it may be coming soon for Calvin–we feel like she suddenly grew up by several months just over this past month!

I love the picture with the sunglasses in her mouth.  I am looking forward to the behavior post.  Is there a book that you are reading? or someone you are following?
