Hello.  I’m sure you’re wondering who your stalker is, and you can check out my blog at  Here you’ll find a younger version of yourself-at least in many ways.  I feel all your pain as I’m there myself.  I ask myself these same questions “Should I just give up the nursing dream?”  I am not ready and I think, like you, there is a push from God to keep trying.  My little one aspirates.  Did yours ever have a swallow study where they watch her drink?  If you have a chance, read back to around the end of July and find out about my little boys’ study.  Anyways, great quotes. Sorry for your feeding pains…

By the way, I meant younger as in a child with Ds who is younger and will need OHS and does not nurse…didn’t mean age wise!!

Hi my name is Anna (Cahoon) Zimmerman.  When I was young you use to teach an art class I attended.  My mom was also good friends with your mom before she passed away and I am friends with some of your little brothers.  I have really enjoyed your blog and reading about your journey with your beautiful little daughter.  I am sending a link to your website to a really good friend at church who daughter also has Downs syndrome and open heart surgery.  She is now 1, and doing much better.  Your story is so much like hers!  God bless you and you family.
